2025 has been an incredible year with our new National Tournament, amazing annual conventions, lots of new friends & players from around the country and around the world, and more!
Let’s rewind and recap real quick!

This past September, we hosted at Ocala Comic Con and it was very successful. Our partnership with the non-profit, The Family Haven, was a hit and we raised $827 from this event alone. We were able to introduce their services and mission to the convention attendees and highlight all of the incredible work they do for kids in need and the reunification of their families as well. A big thank you to our partners and new friends, Andres and Clint of The Family Haven, for joining us at the table to share your passion for giving back. We had some lucky winners at Ocala Comic Con walk away with some awesome prizes! Another huge shout out to our sponsors and prize donors for these beautiful prizes to give to our winners. Lots of new players got to experience how easy and fun it is to play and help noble causes while simply gaming and enjoying themselves. We thank every single person who donated and to those who took the time to drop by our booth; even if you didn't sit to play, thank you for taking the time to talk to us and learn about what we do.
Shortly afterwards in October, we had FanBoy Expo Orlando - which was full of surprises and even a special guest! For this event, we helped recognize City Year Orlando and helped raise awareness and funds to support students in underserved communities within Orange County Public Schools (OCPS). We raised over $300 and had so many generous donations to our prize pool that we were left speechless! Not only did artists, vendors, and even guests help contribute to our prizes but we were incredibly lucky to host another Celebrity Sabacc game with none other than Michelle Ang, the voice actress for Omega from the Star Wars Bad Batch series on Disney+. She graciously offered to contribute 2 personally autographed images of her character to help benefit our charity event. We were blown away by her desire to help and we are so grateful she stopped by & got to learn how to play with us. We hope she enjoys her new deck of S4C cards to enjoy at home!

Only available from Hyperspace Props (@hyperspaceprops), you not only get an excellent addition to your sabacc collection, but also a portion of the sales helps support Sabacc For Charity's mission of raising money and awareness for various charities throughout the country. This Spike and Shift card deck is incredibly easy to teach all ages thanks to its large numbers and it is even colorblind friendly!

We can’t forget to mention one of our most highly anticipated events of the year! HalcyCon brought in familiar faces and new experiences we’ll never forget. The kindness and compassion from this intimate community of like-minded fans really touched our hearts. We helped showcase the non-profit, Blood Cancer United, and raised over $1,500 to benefit their mission of ending blood cancer and funding their research efforts. Travelers had their choice of Pazaak, Dejarik, and all variants of Sabacc! We heard numerous guests tell us how impressed they were and how much fun they had playing sabacc after traveling from a galaxy far far away.
For this particular convention, we got to reveal our super secret project - the S4C Holo-Table! It was hard not to tell all of our friends and volunteers about this sooner as we were so excited to debut our project at the convention. The table was an entire year in the making and we were thrilled that you loved it as much as we do. We had several people throughout the weekend ask us if we would be selling the table or copies of it. After sitting down to discuss logistics and details with all of the contributors of the table, we have decided to open a very limited production run for anyone who would want to own one of these Holo-Tables.

Over this past year with our introduction to our inaugural National Tournament, we raised $13,939 (as of December 1st) for various charities throughout the country! We were able to interact with almost 300 unique players, we had 120 qualify as our Top 6 Players Scoring Points, we had 17 individual state leaders, 11 participating cantinas that hosted these charity tournaments, and we impacted 18 extraordinary charities over the tournament season. We truly couldn’t have done this without players like you. Thank you!
Last but not least, we’re happy to announce our S4C National Tournament winners! Absolutely incredible and impressive to think about all of the charities and non-profits we were able to assist in just less than a year! Congratulations to all the National and State winners, and a big thank you and congratulations to @nerdieststepdad who's been helping host the monthly virtual charity games using the @sabaccapp. He also operates the cantina that raised the most in the season earning the Philanthropy Award - his NS Star Tavern raised $3,418.71 total for the John Hopkins Children Center!
In 3rd place for our National Tournament, we have Falkon (from Alabama) who played 10 tournaments and earned 477pts. In 2nd place, we have Vee Chen’te (from Ohio) who played 17 tournaments and earned 550pts. In 1st place across the entire country, we have Colth Coros (from Alabama) who also played 17 games and earned a whopping 628pts! We are in awe of your passion and dedication to the game, and we congratulate you all on a job well done! A huge round of applause was heard from around the globe for these impressive players!
Our 2026 season will begin on February 1st! If you haven't been following, be sure to get in on it next year because it's going to be awesome!
We want to take some time to thank our prize sponsors for going above and beyond to make this an unforgettable year!
Thank you so much to our friends at Hans Pins, Project Luna Rock, Magic Merch Designs, Rusty Rancor, Amrod’s Armory, and Digital Forge Marketing. We’re incredibly appreciative to our friends at Art & Desi, The Bao Spot, and Cantina Surplus. Words can’t express our continuous gratitude to our partners at Offworld Exports, Clever 3D Studios, and Hyperspace Props. We are indebted to your contributions and sincerely grateful for your generosity and collaboration to make these events so fun and rewarding. We hope to continue this partnership with everyone for years to come and we look to the future on how we can evolve to become even better for everyone involved!
As we wrap up this year, make sure you mark your calendars for MegaCon Orlando 2026 (March 19th - 22nd) and Rebel Scum Con in Dallas, TX come August 7th - 9th, 2026!
May the Force be with you and have a happy New Year!
